**Return Policy - PROPERKICKS**
At PROPERKICKS, we are committed to providing you with exceptional footwear and a seamless shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange:
**15-Day Return Policy:**
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We value your contentment and aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
**Free Exchange, Customer-Covered Returns:**
We provide free exchanges for size or style changes. However, please note that if you wish to return a product without exchanging it, customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
**Order Cancellation:**
If you decide to cancel your order, you have a window of 6 hours to do so. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel. Orders cancelled within this time frame will be eligible for a refund. However, if the order has already been fulfilled and shipped within these 6 hours, the refund will be processed once the package is returned to us.
**Insoles Warranty:**
Our insoles come with a 6-month warranty. If you encounter any defects or issues with the insoles' craftsmanship or the air compression bubble within this period, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us to initiate the replacement process. Note that this warranty does not cover direct damage, breakage, or loss caused by the user.
**Returns and Refunds Process:**
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
**Exchanges:**
For size or style exchanges, you can return the item for store credit and then place a new order for the desired size or style. If you wish to exchange the item for the same product, please contact us via email to initiate the exchange process. A re-delivery fee may apply for exchange requests; refer to our FAQ page for fee details.
**Shipping and Return Costs:**
When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
